Our application process

We have a traditional old school value system. Most times, the traditional way is the only way. We have simplified our application process to extract important information on one’s work history, work ethic, dream job and goals. It’s best to plan your gainful employment on a short-term basis to long-term goal lines for example: Plan for a 2-year goal that leads you to you 5-year goal. With goals that are logical and match the skill sets and desires you have will ultimately bring you much success in life. You know what else brings you success in life? Faith. It is a guide that helps you stay on track to reach your goals.

HOW TO APPLY

You may send an inquiry through our website, that gives the recruiter an idea of what type of work you are looking for or interested in. However, due to our traditional value system, we will still require you to come to our office to meet with us and complete a full application and complete an orientation. After, you will meet with your designated recruiter! Be punctual to your interview, lets change some things and be suited up properly for your interview. Casual attire is acceptable, just make sure your shirt is tucked in and where closed toe shoes.

Invest in yourself

You have to matter to yourself first, and others will see it as well. A background check will cost a small amount in comparison to what we pay. This is a value system we believe in, that helps you recognize the importance of who you are to yourself.

Change the view of the world by starting with yourself

Understanding the value, you bring to a workplace is going to be important. How you carry yourself and respond to authority and co-workers is going to be the deciding factor of growth personally and professionally. Today’s society is misleading on a whole, those who discount this valued trait are those who practiced it and are now in positions of politics to say the opposite. Be better for yourself and your family. Know your value!

Interviewing process

Our recruiters are eager to help you gain the best job possible for you! If you know of a company you are interested in working for, let your recruiter know! The recruiter can also submit you to said company to give you the backing you need to secure a possible interview. We look for people who know their worth, who are professional and congenial. Always be honest about your background. No one is perfect, as we are all perfectly imperfect. What matters is who you are today and who you strive to maintain for your future. Please note, we are living in a time that has escalated into financial difficulties, that causes a loss of workflow for many companies in the past 3 and 1/3 years. Nonetheless, we are optimistic and will always strive to get you the best placement as quickly as possible.
